The final phase of the project is project closure. Project closure includes final deliverables, customer acceptance, post-implementation reviews using lessons learned and/or retrospectives, final communication to stakeholders, and disbanding the project team.
This week, we also explore managing projects in a global environment and look at differences in the project management methodology that should be addressed for an international versus a domestic project.
Respond to the following topic:
- Share with the class one Retrospective Tool that help teams to generate ideas during a project review. You may suggest one you have used in the past or one you would like to recommend for a future project.
- Describe cultural differences you might expect to be beneficial to the project and steps you would take to deflect those other cultural differences that could create conflict.
