Review the Project Management Concepts and Applications Paper you wrote in Week 1 and the Managing the Project Paper from Week 5.

Develop a 6- to 8-slide presentation, with speaker notes, that illustrates both project closure and the effects of managing an international project.

 

Include slides for the following elements:

• Describe specific steps and processes you would use when managing international projects.
• How do project closure methods differ from each other? Describe the most common project closure deliverables
• Describe the project retrospective process and characteristics; which steps would you considered most valuable in a project?
