Why is it important for a project to have a clearly defined scope statement and scope check list that all parties agree with at the beginning of a project?
· After reviewing the textbook definitions, describe some of the project deliverables and milestones that could be part of a project to create a website or a project for moving to a new house.
· Identify some of the stakeholders of website or the moving to a new house projects listed above.
· Figure 4.4 illustrates a basic WBS; Exhibit 4.1 shows a portion of the coding WBS for the same project. Can you identify some of the deliverables in these examples? What is the purpose of Coding the WBS?
